At Lakewood Center our customers receive personal attention in a family-oriented, home-like setting. We encourage the families of our customers to be a part of the care we provide. Our rehabilitation department and restorative care are just two of the areas that make us proud. In a recent company customer service satisfaction survey, Lakewood was rated first in Illinois, second in our division and third overall in the company. As a long-standing, integral part of the community, Lakewood has a dedicated group of volunteers, including students, participating in activities and providing special entertainment to our customers.

Listening to our customers is important to us. Upon admission to our Center, each customer and family will meet with out director of admissions to ensure a smooth transition and to discuss any concerns that they may have. We have a social worker on staff as well to help customers find solutions to specific issues. Our Center administrator and director of nursing ensures that customers receive consistent, quality care provided by a dedicated staff of experts.
